We decided to build 2 house on our property. The one being a timber frame 86m2 on 2m stilts and the other a 54m cottage with loft room. Both project have cone wrong and my wife and i have decided to give the 2 builders the option of either building correctly or we will take action. The builder for the brick building said he dont build to the book and left the site. The other builder is refusing to correct things such a stabilising the building and as hi planted the poles only in 500mm of 1.2m fill wont correct the problem. I will add pictures and upto date info on what we are going to do from start to finish and what to look out for when building. Well maybe when the next contractors come and they are told they will be featured on the WWW i might get extra good work done
